This was shot recently at Longneck Lagoon. These cracks in the dried up lake bed reminded me of the Death Valley landscape, even though the terrain here is quite different. This section of the lake is normally underwater and its very rare to see it this dry, a stark reminder of the extremely dry year we have had in NSW. Longneck Lagoon, NSW, Sydney, Australia

Back in 2016 we had some crazy swells one weekend, I remember heading out to try and catch some of the action, driving between Avalon and Dee Why. I think this is Dee Why tidal pool (if my memory holds). Took me a few years but I finally got around to processing one of the pics from that day :)
