An interpretive image made from a few different photos from Soldier's Beach on the NSW Central Coast. The little light on the horizon is the Norah Head lighthouse. I had to revisit this location a few weeks in a row to get the photos I needed to put this image together - lit by the full moon as well as the sky during a dark night / new moon. This is my first Milky Way image of this year's season. There were a few large container ships creating bright patches of light pollution on the horizon, which looked a little like midnight suns to me. Soldier's Beach, NSW.
