A couple of stone elephants, keep a watchful eye on some clouds at the top of Phnom Oudong, Cambodia.
I have been experimenting with higher key / lower contrast images. This may be the first of a new series, more suited to this look. Still need to think of a name for the series! Based loosely on Stockton sand dunes, and some trees in the Coonabarabran region, NSW.
From Mullimburra Point (Sapphire Coast, NSW), during a family trip way back in 2016. I have been to this spot many times now. But this visit was my favourite, 2AM at night and the road down to this spot was swamped with Roos / wallabies out for a feed… maybe hundreds of them! I was worried about having to fend off aggressive roos when shooting, but while there were lots of roo tracks, none of them actually showed up at the rock. In hindsight would have been cool to get an astro shot with a few roos in it!
